"CRIATURA" (from the Sicilian dialect "child") is a journey back in time, into childhood memories, holidays spent in the countryside, sunny afternoons in the alleys, tomatoes lying in the sun and children running home when their father came home tired from work.
The spaces have been designed so that whoever lives in this house, even if for a few days, will immediately enter into symbiosis with the nature that surrounds it.
The materials used (lime, reeds, wood) and the techniques are those of the past.
To understand all this, you need to do something very simple: before crossing the threshold, close your eyes and strip off everything, free your mind and go back to being a child.
If you manage to do this, yours will be a journey in reverse, that is, into your past, because it is well known that from the project to the finished work, everything has been turned upside down.
Nothing appears, everything is!
